All the services described are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
A nonrefundable deposit of 20% of the total amount is required at the time of booking to secure services.
Final balance is required 30 days prior to tour start date.
If your reservation is made within 30 days prior to the start of the tour, the full cost of the tour must be settled upon confirmation. Additional reservation fees and last-minute payments may apply.
Payments must be made by bank transfer. No reservation can be confirmed until the money has been credited to our account.
Cancellation penalties apply per person, taking into account the date we receive your written notification:
More than 30 days prior to start date: Nonrefundable deposit
Within 30 days of trip starting date: 100% of trip cost.
Refunds will not be provided for:
Unused portions of a tour once it has started.
Voluntary dropouts for any reason.
IF any participant must be removed from a tour for any reason.
